It’s good to see how your employees communicate and talk with the customers and let them know what they are doing as a job progresses that and photo evidence before during and after let the customers see what’s fully involved in the job. Regards Iain Unfortunately you get a few customers that will not take on board what you explain to them and give you a poor review that it’s not warranted surely there should be two sides to reviews and someone that wishes to leave a bad review are talked to first before leaving a bad review Regards Iain

Messaging system very unstable
Sometimes I get messages and they load instantly Sometimes they don’t load at all but I get constant reminders a message is waiting Go back into app (No message) This has been ongoing for months and months Seems to fix itself after a few weeks only to have unhappy customers who think they have been ignored and missed leads Currently having same problem since beginning of week, messages waiting only for app to not load any! Upgraded to latest software on phone, and latest app software Shame! Just very poor overall
