After emailing Yellowstone.ai on a Sunday to explain my situation and what could I do to fix the situation. I received a personal phone call the same day. They sent me the replacement parts and instructions on how to replace. I recommend Yellowstone.ai to anyone who asks me. I like the wide area that the camera catches , but I can barley make out the antlers at times. Especially when the deer are moving and when it transitions from dark to daylight . I would not purchase this trail-cam again. In addition, when a deer is 5 feet from the camera it appears to be 20 feet away causing it hard to make out the antlers and size of the deer.
