App Is crap
App is Crap. Not easy to use by other languges. Impossible to make Account. App is just worthless.
Really bad
I dowloaded app looked around for 1 hour, when I finally figured out what to eat I could not order it because the app does not accept phone numbers from abroad. Super stupid app.

Underwhelming
The app looks good and may be good for locals but for me as a foreigner I’m surprised there is no english translation for the dishes. Also strange that location services doesn’t locate which restaurants are available when giving the app permission, I need to find the area. I’m sure some restaurants onthe border between districts would be ok delivering to the neighboring addresses..! Would also be nice with recommendations, both for food, dishes and restaurants, to make it easier for a foreigner.
No English
How am I supposed to even order if it requires the number and nothing is in English? Order is getting cancelled all the time and there is no way to speak to them even.

Useless app. My order got cancelled 4 times.
Excellent app!
This app and the service is amazing. It's really a display of best practices for other suppliers in other countries. It's easy to use, the layout is appealing to the eye without being too fancy, and the customer support is amazing. The first time you order, they call you to make sure everything is set up correctly. You also get a courtesy call afterward to make sure everything went alright. They even have 24/7 chat support built right into the app! For my own use, it would be nice to have menus in English; and not just Turkish. Maybe if they built in a translator for foreigners to use; they would even better serve their users.
