I downloaded this app and inserted my information and was told they reviewed my past credit history and wouldn’t approve me. It’s a waist of your time. They get your email and phone number and bombard you with spam. They don’t tell you upfront they discriminate on you based on past history because if you know this upfront you won’t give them your information. I rated one star but wished there was a button I could push to let you all know it’s only a trick to obtain your information

Due to continuing issues with Yendo releasing Liens in a timely manner, CarMax recently announced they will no longer work with them on lien releases.

They are scam artist, pure and simple. You can pay off your account and asked to have it closed and get your title. They just charge a fee for the next month so you can never escape. I’ve tried twice and have the call recording and reference number. I payed off the account and was told my account would be closed and title sent back but they just keep you trapped in their endless greed. TERRIBLE terrorist company.

Strangely enough the app worked fine to remind me to send in my title. Upon notification they received my title the app mysteriously stops working when I try to access my virtual card.

I am a person who gives credit where credit is due. There is no credit due here. I’ve talked to several customer service representatives and all told me different things but in the end, the ones that said they would help didn’t. I’m not sure how I can handle this but I’m thinking I may take my loan elsewhere.

Pay attention to your availability! They say one thing but then the math don’t math. My available limit has $100 missing somewhere. Go through your transactions and keep up with EVERY SINGLE Transaction! If something doesn’t add up, question it. $100 is a lot these days to go missing from an available balance.

2022, I took out a loan against my brand new car. Ended up selling my car to pay off the $10,500 owed. Here’s the thing, I did everything I was suppose to do. I paid it off, I have emails confirming payoff, I even Got my Title back, they mailed me my title. Everything I thought was done. Account closed. Maybe 3 months later if that the account suddenly re-opened on my credit reports, and since 2022 claiming I over what started at less then $50. Yendo had illegally re-opened my account. I have my title, everything is done. Yendo has destroyed my credit since that moment. I have all emails and paperwork saved. No one at yendo will correct it. It’s sad I will have to file suit in order for it to hopefully stop and be compensated for the damage they knowingly caused to my credit which is illegal, I never owed another penny. My credit has dropped 200 points since that  started. I followed the rules, I played the game to their rules. I’m still screwed in the end. It will follow you guys for years, they don’t care.
