## Yep Novel Reviews in United States

### *---- "Problem loading"
Even with my WiFi and cellular data, I can’t view the page, it just keep saying reload due to internet connection but both my internet connection are working good. I’m still waiting for them to fix it but there is no message or report on it being fixed or whether the app no longer works.
-- Lifeindeed, 2026-03-25

### *---- "Is the app no longer working?"
Up until a week or so ago the app was working fine, now you can’t get the content to come up, no way to get support and anytime one tries to log in says network error. And then when trying to go through support through App Store, the Error 404 page comes up… is anyone working on the problem?
-- Bella Bella 10, 2025-05-19

### ***-- "Have not been able to login i to app"
What’s going on with this app? Have paid for books to read and now can’t get into the app to read them. Keeps telling me to check network connection. My network is good so what’s up?
-- vam24486, 2025-05-03

### **--- "No uodates"
No longer compatible with signing in with Facebook. No updates to fix it either. Very disappointing
-- jemz lee, 2024-04-28

### *---- "Won’t log you in correctly if you used a hidden email"
I’m annoyed. I got signed out and when I attempted to log back in, it used my apple id and not the hidden email created when I first made an account. When I use my apple id all my purchases do not show up and on the sign in page the continue with apple button doesn’t give you the option to sign in using your hidden email. How in the world am I suppose to access all the content I purchased, is it just lost forever. There needs to be an option for you to manually sign in. The customer support in the app is also lacking. I ended up having to send an email but based on how long it seems to take for them to respond to reviews it may be several days before I hear back a response.
-- unrealcons, 2023-09-22

### *---- "Cancel my subscription"
It’s the hardest thing to cancel a subscription. When you press click here or tap here to cancel it’s takes you to a chapter book. I want to cancel the subscription. Now.
-- Alieberman001, 2023-06-17

### ***** "Love it"
This is such a great app!!!!
-- Lex567!, 2023-05-18

### ***-- "Interesting stories"
Most books are interesting , just the chapters are too short. Would be better if you could just buy a book at once instead of in chapters .
-- Jentua, 2023-04-10

### *---- "Rip off"
It’s absolutely ridiculous that the lowest option to top up on coins is $10
-- linaLetDown90, 2023-04-03

### *---- "Great stories; crappy app servers always down"
There are a few stories I want to read on this app that I can’t find anywhere else, but the app servers are always down saying “check your internet connection” when clearly it isn’t my connection when I am still able to make calls, use other reader apps, play games, browse the internet, etc. still on my phone, yet this app won’t load! I’ve been able to have it load twice at first, bought coins to keep reading and now the app won’t load. SCAM!
