I have used this app quiet frequently. While shopping at zoom stores I have always give my bar code on the app so that the cashier could scan it & I could receive points for the same. But after 2-3 dozen trips to the store I noticed my points is showing zero. I have spent over AED 1000 so far but haven’t had any points added to my account. I don’t know what’s the issue.

The app is not working from the past one month for me. Whenever I open the app it says “Something went wrong and we are working on it”. They are working for one month and couldn’t solve the issue. That’s disappointing.

This has to be the worst loyalty app that I have ever used. The app 90% of the time never works to claim points as the message “something went wrong” pops up. This has been going on for nearly a year now. Useless app with a garbage backend.

I also agree that number of points that you get is very small, and sometimes I get logged out of my account and when I need the app, I don’t really have time to log in again, so I lose this very few points

Always coming to Enoc and giving the PIN code to the staff but not receiving any points. Not really sure if this is system related issue or your staff is not really interested to put the code…

Each update requires to login. And now no way to retrieve the pssword. Unusable app and can’t create another account as Mobile number is bound to your account. 😵‍💫

I don't get the points last time when i refill this OTP system is very bad your staff just take the OTP and nothing happens. They don't add in the system so add QR code system so it will be fare system.

Very bad app, doesn’t work From our of 10 purchase will give points just for one, for the rest just ignorance They have cool offer to get 9 Starbucks coffee to get one free. Would be cool if it worked. But on 8th cup of purchased coffee they stop to count next cups lol so I stuck on 8th cup twenty cups ago

Train your employees not to lie on customers, many times I'm filling petrol and they tell me they processed with the points and i get nothing….anyway i shifted to ADNOC recommended
