-- perritochoco, 2025-02-23

### ***** "Great Fitness App"
Was looking for an affordable spin app and I’ve been very happy with Yesoul. The bike rides great and the spin classes in the app fit to my goals and needs. They have a variety of classes and great for all levels.

Highly recommend!
-- Keekaleek4, 2025-02-22

### *---- "App is terrible"
Won’t even let me create an account
-- SMPUCK, 2025-02-22

### *---- "Can’t get an OTP"
Hello. I recently bought a bike. I was trying to register in your app but it says error in email sending. I can’t use the screen because it needs to be activated with this app. Please help!
-- KimberlyQ1989, 2025-02-22

### **--- "Can’t create an account"
Says email failed to send can someone please look into this issue? I wanted to try out the app before I purchase the J1M.
-- lfurg, 2025-02-22

### ***** "Excellent App"
Great experience , however the incline meter is not needed on this bike as it does not have gradation control
-- FattyMaster7, 2025-02-22

### *---- "Barely functional"
Works intermittently but a ton of connection issues with the bike and screen casting feature. Tried different phones, different cables, reconnecting and restarting. The most it has worked consistently is a couple rides. The app has a customer support function but there has been no response to 8 messages so I gave up 2 weeks ago. Bike seems fine but any technology or apps with it are terrible
-- billevd, 2025-02-21

### ***** "Amazing App & Bike"
Great programs, instructors & bike! Highly recommended and a game changer for your house! Especially at the price point!
-- DJ MasterMind Go!, 2025-02-20

### **--- "Ok"
Love my row machine it works great. The APP epically fails the product. It’s constantly reloading in the middle of my workouts so the time clock stops counting. It never reloads the program I’m doing so I have to completely close out of the workout session never finishing it. If I go back into the program I was doing it starts it back from the beginning and the problem starts all over again. If I row without the app the machine keeps track of time and distance while I stream a show but it never logs it with the app so I don’t get the credit for the workout. Terribly upset I paid for an APP that doesn’t work.
