## YGTA Shine On Health & Fitness Reviews in Canada

### *---- "How many hours is 435 minutes?"
Pool hours are listed in minutes instead of beginning and end time. For example: Start at 9 am for 435 minutes. So do the arithmetic to find the end time. 435 divided by 60 = 7,25 hours. Add to 9am = 16.25 on the 24 hr clock which is 4.25 pm.
-- Sewilotosed, 2026-08-17

### *---- "Terrible app."
Rude reception. self righteous attitude. Your app doesn’t work properly
-- pencil sharper, 2026-05-14

### *---- "Pool closure and app"
Staff who don’t seem to be answering phones are directing people to the app to find out about the pool closure. Meanwhile, the app is completely inaccurate telling us it’s open when it’s closed.
-- fifjkgjji, 2026-03-23

### ****- "Concern"
Why does Bayview YMCA have BETTER (superior)) equipment than Scarboro YMCA?? if all members regardless of their (YMCA) location is paying the same annual fee?? I recently discovered that when I attended Bayview YMCA. I have been in the Membership Plus Programme for over 10 years.
-- Raymond H Smith 1188, 2026-03-18

### ***** "Shine On"
Friendly, welcoming, great activities, affordable, clean, awesome!!
-- Tonka5678, 2026-03-08

### ***** "健身"
喜欢运动的氛围.
价格也合理
-- Meteornail, 2026-01-28

### *---- "Possibly the worst built app I have ever used"
Never remembers my password , when password is changed it always forgets it.
-- d3r4m9, 2026-01-04

### ****- "Good"
Pretty good and user friendly, but I wish it connected to your my y account so you didn’t have to log in to two separate systems. I also wish there was link through the app to the swimgen site to access swim records too. One stop shop that connects you seamlessly to the other interfaces would be better.
-- Coretts, 2025-12-14

### *---- "Where did the class opening alerts go?"
Where did the class opening alerts go for us to be able to “join” when we are on the waiting list?!
-- Missing!!, 2025-12-14

### ***** "LOVE the Y"
Absolutely love coming to the Y. No judging. Feel totally supported.
-- Dani Heatley, 2025-10-06
