Remote view does not work constantly requires reset.
Work sometimes
I’m very disappointed with the performance of this camera. The battery charges but only lasts a few minutes, even when plugged in. I would like a full refund for this purchase or a replacement with a device that works as advertised. Please let me know how to proceed.
Needs Update
With iOS 18 you can’t use HD viewing or it will crash in about a minute. Using Smooth mode resolves this. But more importantly the app says it’s online but won’t work after a couple days. I have to factory reset and start over only to find out it works for a couple days. I’m fairly tech savvy and all the usual tricks don’t work.
