I used to love this app when I first bought the cameras, but now it’s worthless. I’m trying to check on my sick cat while away and it makes me watch advertisements every time I open it and also every time I open a different camera. It also tries to get me to purchase their AI and online storage which I do not want. Do not waste your time with this app. It’s ridiculous.

The ads have become outright abusive. You can’t even open the app without watching at least a 15 second ad before checking your own security camera. These things require a sense of urgency sometimes and being forced to play some stupid little game prior to being able to view the camera is downright infuriating. And if you’re trying to watch playback of a video, an ad will continue to pop up every five seconds making you dismiss it. The app is literally unusable and awful to use at this point. I will spend whatever amount of money I need to spend on an entirely new camera system just so I don’t have to use this disgusting app anymore

The app itself was most amazing, but now it is filled with ads. You’re allowed to buy an SD card, but since the update the SD card is worthless, in order to view past recordings, you have to pay for cloud which is an added cost, and defeats the whole purpose of a cheap camera system.

Ads are intrusive and obnoxious, and absolutely ruined this app. Actually use to be decent cameras and app in years past, but went downhill and off a cliff; both are now useless, unreliable, frustrating to use, to say the least.
