Poor app and a good camera
camera is great . I don’t want to buy cloud storage. It’s always asking cloud storage. memory card is enough. plupdate the app .?otherwise this camera is useless.

Don’t bother
Absolute rubbish! Constant ads, constant pop ups and constant harassment to buy cloud storage even when you are using a memory card! I’ve just thrown out the camera and deleted the app

i am oky with camera and everything, butbi doubt we are being watched through the camera and the developer has access too to the camera and cloud storage? Any privacy issues.

What a JOKE ! If u pay a subscription to use the stupid app through Apple the app itself wants you to subscribe . If u subscribe through the app then apple wants you to subscribe it’s double up charges EITHER WAY YOU LOOK AT IT I PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY AGAIN THROUGH THE APP OR MY CAMERA DOESNT WORK AT ALL CONSTANTLY SAYING ITS OFFLINE ! SD CARD USELESS WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTION
These cameras use Tif/SD cards but won’t record to cards with Cloud Subscription. This is not OK. There is no where in the description that says you can’t use SD cards without subscription. Cloud subscription is ridiculous price & should not be forced on anyone when given SD card option. I can’t use the app properly now because the language has changed from English to whatever Asian language made it.. WTAF?.. you are not only greedy & lack integrity but you lack intelligence if you can’t fix your app..🤦🏻♀️
Have to pay for connections speed
Latest update. 21th May 2024, After update. This app become bad to worst. They limit the connection speed. Now have to pay for better connection speed. Really? You might as well ask to pay to use the camera. Also, every time when open app, an ad pop up. You guys are the worst.
Useless
Paywalling the ability to view clips of videos on the SD Card is an awful decision. t makes this camera useless. Do not buy this device.

They should say all they need from this device is money after this trial I will put it in the BIN for sure after I’ve paid so much money for the subscription, they still want me to pay money for the cloud. I am done. I’m going to get off my subscription. This is just one BIG gimmick of getting more money

Do not buy it, it is a SCAM, if you dont pay 50 dllrs, you can not see nothing..but they will got your password of your Wi-Fi
