Bad app, my app will not load at all I have deleted app and reinstalled but it still will not load so I cannot see my camera it works on my wife Samsung but not my iPhone 14 please have a look
App crash while opening
IOS 18.4, the app crash and automatically close when I open it, please fix it !
Scammers
These ppl are 100% scammers. No phone number to speak to a live person for customers service. Can only text chat with a bot. Once they have your card info expect multiple random charges for purchases you never made (2x $200 taken from my bank) absolutely no help and will give you the run around about they don’t have the purchase info. They are now being investigated for fraud.
Service getting worse and worse
The ads bombardments are terrible. The ads make the app garbage
Too Much Advertisements
There should be no Ad when launching the app. Instead you have to wait 30 seconds to see your camera. In emergency sorry wait 30 seconds please.

I manage to use this app somehow without wasting my money, they are absolutely cat eaters, they somehow lower the quality of the images that was the only useful feature of this app, and forcing me to buy cloud only from them with those many adds that lose the functionality of the app and too many crashes, there are more better smaller secret cameras out there, forget about this company at all. Install cameras outside if you are not throwing them away for your privacy and getting rid of this company sooner.
Way too much spammy commercials
No way to remember do not track cookies and a lot of commercials! Heck even free youtube does not spam as much!
Flooding with ads
I am ready to delete this app and throw the camera out. It’s almost unusable with all the ads the app has every time you open the camera. Absolutely ridiculous. I regret my purchase.
