Whenever you start the apps, you get full ads and have to wait for the camera to open. When I bought this camera almost a year ago, there were no ads as we have now… this is very bad and now, we are stuck with this. Do not tell me to buy a subscription: this is a very bad way of doing business! You let people buy your product, without telling them this will happen. Again, this is a scam, and a very bad way of doing business.
Constantly my camera will say, cannot connect to camera check your network. And when I check it, it says it’s excellent, if I train goes by it disconnects… the motion detection, will pick up all the cars. But people can walk up on my porch and it doesn’t notify me, 🤣
Stole money from me for a whole year even after I canceled my subscription. When I contacted them about it they refused to do anything. Just responded with the same bot response and continuously told me to just cancel my subscription although I already had. Do not subscribe as you cannot cancel that subscription EVEN IF YOU DO. they will tell you to cancel your subscription in the app by messaging customer service (which takes 3-5 days for a response) and just because you cancelled through the App Store you still needed to let them know or they will continue to take money for the subscription and random fees.
This is a stupid app, when open the app, have to wait 30 second to wait for the ad, after the ads done, the thief already left.

Bad app, my app will not load at all I have deleted app and reinstalled but it still will not load so I cannot see my camera it works on my wife Samsung but not my iPhone 14 please have a look

These ppl are 100% scammers. No phone number to speak to a live person for customers service. Can only text chat with a bot. Once they have your card info expect multiple random charges for purchases you never made (2x $200 taken from my bank) absolutely no help and will give you the run around about they don’t have the purchase info. They are now being investigated for fraud.
The ads bombardments are terrible. The ads make the app garbage
There should be no Ad when launching the app. Instead you have to wait 30 seconds to see your camera. In emergency sorry wait 30 seconds please.
