## YMCA of Metro Atlanta Reviews in United States

### *---- "This is atrocious"
This is quite literally the worst app ever it never works and everything sucks this is trash never get this app I warn u its so bad I hate it
-- This website is buns, 2026-05-01

### *---- "Check in issues"
The new update looks good but the check-in doesn’t work. It causes a back up at the branch if each member’s ID has to be manually searched. It needs to be fixed.
-- Boot camp instructor helper, 2026-02-25

### *---- "Not working"
This app will not populate the available classes unless I uninstall and reinstall the app every day. Super frustrating. Please advise how to fix.
-- Katy Dave 284, 2026-02-23

### *---- "Missing Barcodes"
I have a family membership and all of my family members’ barcodes have disappeared from my app so I can no longer scan anyone in but me.
-- Amber2887, 2025-10-01

### ***-- "Issues updating the member status"
I somewhat recently got a membership with my family and when I added another member, it wouldn’t show up on the app. So now I can’t check in that member of the family via barcode.
-- Big eater2000, 2025-06-22

### **--- "Jerry"
It won’t let me login
-- Jerry4568, 2025-05-22

### *---- "Missing Features"
While I appreciate the facelift of the app, I’m disappointed that so many features are gone (or not easy to access) The tracking features were my favorite. I could set personal goals, record workouts, and track body age (strength test). I enjoyed the bronze, silver, and goal levels. I also liked to see class offerings at multiple locations at a time. I don’t like this app.
-- G Funmilayo, 2024-11-30

### *---- "The app doesn’t work. The new system doesn’t work.."
The app doesn’t let me to log in. It keeps saying “success! Now using your email to login” but does nothing. The new system is just so messed up.
-- sdforce, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Can’t login after multiple attempts"
It still saying that I can’t login and that my password is wrong when all my credentials are correct. PLEASE FIX THIS !!!!!
-- royalty48131, 2024-05-23

### **--- "Can’t log in."
I’m logged into the YMCA website, using my email and password, but this app won’t let me login with the same credentials like it has in the past. I’ve even tried changing my password.
-- McWetty, 2023-12-15

### *---- "Says I don’t have an account but I do"
Won’t let me log in even though I can log in with the same exact credentials to the YMCA Atlanta website on my laptop. I’ll remove this review if resolved.
-- Sare11, 2023-06-10

### *---- "Needs to be optimized for iPhone Mini"
I like the app, but I think I’m missing features due to my having an iPhone Mini. For example, I did not have a button to sign up for classes on the application. My husband, who has a larger iPhone, is able to see the button, but it does not show up for me.
-- x.refined, 2022-07-09

### *---- "Classes are cancelled"
There is no professionalism. They will tell that there are many classes which can be taken by kids which are included in the membership. Then with time these classes get cancelled without notification. Some of the programs get permanently cancelled. Ultimately you realize that the membership fee doesn’t include any classes. You have to pay for all other classes. Very disappointed
-- PGPMA, 2022-06-03

### ****- "Unable To Add Barcode To Wallet"
I just wish I could add my barcode to my wallet. Other than that, so far, I’m able to use it for what I need it for.
-- nj2atl, 2022-05-15

### ***** "Great app for my local Y"
This app is easy to use and provides a comprehensive view of the fitness classes at my local Y and easily syncs my classes to my calendar.
-- Traveling Kenyan, 2021-09-13

### ***** "I love but..."
I absolutely love this app it makes it super easy and simple do do stuff but I’m 14 so I can’t use it...
-- PositivePoppi, 2021-06-22

### ***** "Easy scheduling tool !"
I find this so efficient for signing up/scheduling exercise classes!
-- Creepypasta guy, 2020-09-05

### *---- "Can’t Log Into My Account"
I really wish I could get into my account that I’ve had for years, but this app does not recognize my email address. I am already paying for Y services via the website and would really like the convenience of managing everything within this app. But for now, it’s impossible. I reviewed the FAQs, but that wasn’t of any help either. If someone could fix this, that would be amazing.
-- Jaz113, 2020-04-03

### ***** "Wonderful"
Love the Y, the staff are friendly, the water aerobics classes are excellent !
-- Luchie0826, 2020-01-11

### ***** "Great"
This app is great. Really helps me organize and streamline my workout schedule.
-- Wes 47, 2019-09-11
