How much does YNAB cost?
YNAB has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 1,495.00 r.
Bra app. Men lite dyr.
Skulle få minst en stjärna till om auto fungerade från europeiska (svenska) banker.
Och lite svårt att förstå hur det fungerar. Hög inlärningströskel. Och även när man tror man lärt sig så är det ibland svårt att få till allt rätt.
Awful, hard to use
The cult of YNAB is strong and will make you feel awful for not “getting it.” I tried it for a few months and it just cost me money.
Would only recommend if you have a lot of time to dedicate to learning their workflow
Great Budgeting and Bookkeeping App
Been using this app in its various iterations on desktop, iOS, and online continuously since 2012. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a better overview of their finances without too much effort. It’s kind of fun to use actually, as it lets you get an idea of when you can afford that next big project or slightly expensive toy you’ve had your eyes on. Plus it lets you see your net worth growing over time if you include things like your stock portfolio and student loan in your tracking accounts.
Flaky sync and Missing features
Flaky sync:
YNAB sync with my bank has stopped working three times now in the last six months. After complaining about it, something is fixed and you have to discover when that is addressed yourself by reconnecting your bank account from time to time during a couple of weeks.
Missing features:
The App Store description of this app tells about reporting features being available but that is actually not available in the app, only on the web.
The budget view is missing details, like allocation indicator of time span of a line item target.
Missing features
The App Store description tells about reporting that is not available in the app, only on the web.
The budget view is missing details, like allocation, indicator of time span of an item.
But most of all, not being able to have privacy, i.e. not letting users keep end-to-end encryption or a remote file system, has gone missing.
För mycket för ekonomin

Great app but way too expensive..
Its a great app, but way too expensive.. I canceled after the trial run out.
YNAB is fantastic!
I am amazed at the difference YNAB has made for me! I would never have thought I would change my view of my economy and my money so fundamentally in such a short time! YNAB is fantastic! I have saved money, I feel I’m in control and most of all - I have not had the familiar pain in my stomach when sudden expenses turns up. I will definitely continue to use YNAB!
Getting way to expensive
Keep raising the price, yet barely anything is updated.
A great app to facilitate the method
I really like the YNAB method with the four rules. They have helped me immensely to keep track of what my budget is. Thanks to YNAB my finances look much better than they otherwise would have. The YNAB app helps with that and makes it easy to stick to the rules. I definitely recommend this to anybody who are looking for a budgeting software.
