This is the best budgeting app I have ever used. It's the first one that actually helped me stay on budget for more than a few months. The app's principles actually work! It took some getting used to, since YNAB have a different budgeting workflow than other apps. So if you don't know what you're doing, the ui might get confusing when you start moving your budget around or set some weird goals. So it have a high learning curve, but the process is worth it. The recent price increase is unfortunate, but the app helped me so much up to this point that I don't mind keeping the subscription.

I really want to complain. I was so surprised when I saw my bank statement that I was inducted for 2,800 for a year of subscription in which I didn’t subscribe anything in any app on my phone, only to found out it’s because of this app. It deducted me automatically even though I didn’t subscribe, it was really surprising.Give me back my money!!

Why is the monthly subscription more economical than the annual subscription? Seems like an odd choice. Wouldn’t the cash flow impact of the upfront payment be more beneficial vs the ongoing monthly subs? Wouldn’t you want to incentivize an annual sub via discount vs an ongoing monthly that can be discontinued?

Many functions of YNAB needs to use web base app. But when I used it on iOS and try to open it in the browser, the machine keep bringing me back to the app.

Ex. Search function is not included; I got to find uncleared transaction by myself which is not efficient at all. Also, report feature is not included neither.
