Cool, I’ve gone onto yodel to track my package it says coming on Friday cool so then it come to Friday Im tracking my delivery just fine it says how many stops away the driver is from my house but when it comes to my house, the tracking just turns off and it goes back to saying ‘we have it’ instead of ‘out for delivery’. Later it says we need more information on my address then I went to costumer service we spoke everything was cool the package was ment to come the next day Saturday 4 January. It’s now Saturday the package still hasn’t come I talk to customer service it says my redelivery was put on hold. That was not me like who put it on hold. It must’ve been the customer service person I spoke to on Friday. But I’m just really disappointed because the app says all parcels can be delivered before 9pm of the day it’s only 4:50 I said they should come because I really need my package that day they said they can reschedule it for Monday. That’s so annoying. If I don’t get my package my Monday Im calling the police I’ll be so real. Most of the time they get sent back to the sender, who then find a reliable courier service. The only way I can get items delivered is to the nearest store which I cannot consistently request in the App. It really is bad service when they can’t do the basics of actually delivering parcels. My heart sinks when I order something online to then find it will be delivered by Yodel.
