This is my first time doing yoga and this app is brilliant. Easy to use, excellent work outs and so easy to incorporate into your daily life.

I’ve just finished ease into yoga for beginner program and I gotta say I’m very happy!! I took yoga classes in the past but they all started with advanced exercises that made me quit yoga several time even though I love it. But this app and program actually takes you gradually to more difficult variations. I was checking out the other programs available and I think I’ll start the flexibility one. And then move on later to more advanced. Also I think that will help me to prevent injuries from my regular weight loss work out. Thank you to all the team of Sansa Yoga for creating such a great app!!! Keep up the good work.

Tried this a few times, I personally don’t think it’s suitable for beginners. Even on the most basic program, some of the movements are performed too quickly to follow. Also, no modifications which is unhelpful if you have dodgy knees, etc. Also spotted typo in the beginning set up menu “ I’m not interest in this plan” which makes me think it’s not reviewed that often. On the plus side, the mix of fitness type activities like holding a plank are good. Good that they offer a free trial so you can see if you like it. Unfortunately, this one is not for me.

I’ve never done yoga, I’m have no flexibility so I’ve always avoided it but this app is great and making me really enjoy yoga. I can feel my flexibility increasing and look forward to progressing my moves.

This is my second attempt to try yoga and I love it! Thanks to this app . It’s easy and well exemplified. And a big plus free and not forcing you to buy plans that probably you want be able to use if you’re not familiar with yoga and posing…for a new bee like me.

I’ve never done yoga before and have been doing this for just over 2 week’s, I have noticed improvements in my balance, flexibility and an added bonus of weight loss as well as toning up! My husband has joined me on his day’s off and he too has seen improvements even though he’s only done 4 sessions! The sessions start off at about 10 minutes and gradually get longer! I have found that if I put my toddler down for his nap and then do a session I feel more rejuvenated and relaxed! Thank you!

I’ve never done any yoga at all before and used this app to set up a plan. It’s quite tricky as a beginner - but using the ‘go back 15 seconds’ option has helped me to learn some of the more intricate poses (for a beginner!). The challenge will be whether the plan works longer term for me - but so far, so good.
