Really good. I tried a number of different meditation / relaxation apps before this one. It's the best one I found.You have to use it regularly to get most benefit. Helps me to sleep more peacefully. Improves my ability to focus and concentrate. Going to buy the full version now.

Yoga nidra app
I would highly recommend this app. It has been a great stress reliever for me. I use before going to bed and sleep like a baby.
Disappointing
Very disappointing app. A lot of babble, taking away from the actual yoga nidra. The different durations contain only extra babble. Would not recommend.
