Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

Very fast
The instruction should be soft and slow in order to do it peacefully. The instructor is just running as if he is in a hurry to catch his flight. Also not giving any instructions to come back to normal state or for resolution. Complete waste!
great stress buster
i have a very hectic schedule and i was always stressed out so i got myself a lot of apps from the store, but this app is the best for me. way to go mr. west!!!! totally relaxing!!!
