## Yoga Nidra Description
Yoga Nidra is a guided rest and sleep meditation app for the moments when you want to slow down. Listen before bed, after a middle-of-the-night wake-up, or during a daytime pause. Choose a short reset or settle in for a longer practice, then follow a calm voice through breath awareness, body scans, and gentle attention.

You do not need to know how to meditate. Get comfortable lying down or sitting, press play, and follow the guidance at your own pace. You can use a session to prepare for sleep or take a quiet break while staying awake. There is no right way to feel at the end.

• Starting small? First Rest is a complete, free three-minute introduction. Brief Reset and Quick Refresh are also free, full-length practices.
• Ready for bed? Explore Deep Sleep sessions such as Sleep Restoration, Deep Nights Rest, and Complete Deep Sleep.
• Awake with a busy mind? Night Time Anxiety includes Peaceful Night, Quiet Mind, and Middle Night Reset.
• Need a pause in the day? Power Nap & Reset includes Quick Refresh, Lunch Break Rest, and Afternoon Renewal.
• Carrying tension or worry? Browse Stress & Anxiety Relief for practices such as Racing Mind Relief, Worry-Free Rest, and Peaceful Evening.

WHAT A SESSION IS LIKE

Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice. A session may invite you to notice the breath, bring attention to different parts of the body, or rest with a simple intention. The words give you something gentle to follow; you do not have to control your breathing or clear your mind. If your attention wanders, you can simply return to the voice.

Some listeners use these practices at bedtime. Others use them as a non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) break during the day. You can listen with your eyes closed, let a session finish, or use the sleep timer when you want the audio to stop later. Choose what fits your day rather than trying to complete a perfect routine.
