This program is for advanced yogis. I have not done yoga in a while and I could not come close to accomplishing the poses. I did the best I could, but the pace was too quick and some poses, like headstand too advanced. It does give me something to work towards.

As soon as you open the app it wants you to subscribe to a monthly plan. Thats so much worse than paying for the app once, but ten+ a month? No way. I was really disappointed too because it was pared with the diet app I was using and I wanted to keep track of my health better. Id rather use my personal planner and some youtube, no thanks.

This app was a big disappointment to me I was so happy to get it and I deleted so much games I loved because I wanted this app. When I got it I went on the app and it asked me a few questions and then before I could get to the stretches it was making me pay and I am only 12 years old I don’t have a credit card. It wouldn’t let me click out of it unless I clicked out the app. I’m truly sad I was ready to stretch

That was the most relaxing few minutes I have had in a long time. The music was calming and the poses were really helping with my back pain that I have had for a few weeks now. It’s a great app, big fan of all there apps, but this is a bit hard to follow if your new and don’t know all the position names. Each session is one full video, which runs at a pretty fast pace. I feel like there is some room for user experience improvement here - maybe a couple speed options. Other than that, I’m looking forward to getting more stuck in.
