Time your Yoga trainings with ease and convenience. Break down your training to exercises and have Yoga Timer show your progress and alert when the next exercise starts.

Yoga timer is for anyone who practices Yoga at home, or leads Yoga classes:
* Do you find yourself running out of time at the end of a training?
* Do you find yourself looking at a clock and not remembering when should you finish the exercise?
* Would you like more control in knowing exactly where you are in your training? 

Yoga timer allows you to feel in control throughout your training and accomplish your goals on time. Before starting the training, you define a sequence of exercises, and allocate timer for each exercise. As you are practicing, you know at all times exactly where you are and whether you are pacing too fast, too slow, or just right. 

* View progress in each exercise and in the overall training, at a glance and from a distance.
* Set each exercise of the training according to the length you want.
* Set and alarm to alert you at the end of each exercise.
* Skip forward and backward if you finish an exercise early or late. 
* You can use Yoga timer for Yoga, obviously. You can also use it for: 
* Meditation
* Stretching
* Workout routines, including: Kettlebells, Circuit, Tabata, Round, Crossfit training
* Timed Exercises
* High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
* High-Intensity Intermittent Exercise (HIIE)
* Sprint Interval Training (SIT)
* Indoor Cycling
Or any other type of activity where you have to break down your time into sections and finish the entire activity within a limited time.

I’m a super inflexible dude and am trying to finally get flexible enough to touch my toes. I’ve found good resources online about stretching but I needed something to track time and let me know when to switch the stretch.  This app is perfect for that. No longer am I watching a clock, I am focusing on my stretch until the gentle “ding”.

All I need is to be able to set intervals and play Pandora station on background. I am not sure what will happen with iOS upgrades - but if I lose my sequence, it won't be hard to recreate. For the time being I am grateful for this simple tool👍

This app is perfect for my needs - I introduce classes and then choose which one to practice. The app tells me when it is time for next posture.. However sometimes it is very inconvenient to have to look at screen, specially in inverted postures. A voice naming the next posture and I would give it 10 stars!

I started searching for another interval yoga timer, after Simple Touch discontinued theirs...this timer does not give me enough control… All I was looking for was an interval timer or I could simply set the seconds or minutes instead I am forced to set the time for each pose...this is seriously very inconvenient… I thought upgrading would offer more convenience, but it gave me nothing beyond what I was already getting for free… I would like to get my money back

This app is great for new yoga teachers who are starting out or who need help budgeting their time! You can break up an entire class sequence by pose or by section ie integration, sun's, core, main body, back bending ect and an orange bar fills showing you how much time you have remaining. The only downfall I found to this was if you are a teacher who moves around the room a lot say during a Vinyasa class offering assists ect and aren't in front of the screen it loses its effectiveness. I spoke with the developer(very kind and receptive man) and suggested a vibrate feature as I have my sequence memorized anyway and I could keep my phone in my pocket and the buzzing would alert me I'm over. Great app! Ty
