Nicole is a fantastic instructor for the class. I followed every word she said step by step by step. I couldn’t believe that happened.
The instructor and the class I attended was great. The studio was clean and nice. However, due to my schedule I am unable to attend classes in person unfortunately. It’s nice and easy to purchase subscriptions in the app but good luck figuring out how to cancel them. After paying 3 months for classes I can’t attend I finally decided to just delete my account in the app as there was no cancel subscription anywhere to be found. That was 1 month ago and they just billed me again. I don’t care what they say it does not take 30 days to fully delete my account and stop billing me because it sure only took them a few seconds to create my account and bill my card for the subscription. This is all likely part of some customer retention policy that is very annoying.
When I cancel a class on the app, the credits do not go back to the app. The YogaSix employee at the desk has to add them back on to the app.
I really liked this app until it stopped working. It does not track my progress anymore. I’m unable to “start” the timer/tracker for my classes. It starts, but the data stays at zero. I now use the Apple fitness app instead. In addition, it doesn’t allow check in either. Is there an update? I haven’t received an alert letting me know.

April is the best , very considerate and I love when she walks around and shows the best way to do the moves . Bernadette
App completely stopped working after recent update. First, no data was populating (classes, studios, etc). I deleted and redownloaded and and now the app opens to a black screen. Very frustrating.
Recent update no longer saves studios selected previously for booking besides home studio and got rid of filters besides teacher. I do a lot of virtual classes and previously was able to have unlimited studios selected and saved for booking and was able to filter by virtual. Now I would have to manually enter each studio each time I open the app and scroll to find virtually it would take me up to 30mins just to find a class. If this isn’t fixed soon I will sadly have to leave yogasix, this is not something I want to do as I love it but if booking is now this difficult it’s not worth it to me anymore. Also to mention I’ve been a member for almost two years with almost 250 classes taken and am out of town often which is why I do a lot of virtual. Am I the only one with this issue?
Please fix the bugs as new version released 3 days ago does not work which is latest. Thanks
