### ***** "Thoughtful and kind to older folks"
It’s the first app that I’ve seen that is sensitive to older generations with their health issues and limitations. Not everyone is a finesse model or a gym rat. Most people just want to be healthy or healthier than that are right now. And this is what this app does. It does not sell you the six pack - it works with your pains, limitations, and starts building you up from a comfortable cushion of your chair. 
The app is easy to follow from the first click, and it slowly takes you into your self journey.
