Disappointed with the customer service
I have a VIP account. At the beginning all ok but… then many of the songs began to experience a lag between music and lyrics. I wrote the customer service and never got either response or any action to fix the bug. Moreover they constantly remove well known songs who knows why. The VIP service is not cheap so they should better take care of customers.
