After mentioning the low contrast colors for the app, around a year ago, nothing has been done about this. The app has barely visible for me because of the low contrast colors. Please address this as soon as possible..

Love the devices and functionality. I’d only ask for a minor change in the app. Make the lettering/font darker and bolder so it’s easier to read. I use this for my elderly dad and he has a little bit of trouble reading the numbers. Instead of teal against white, use black lettering, etc!

Also, allow the user to move around temp displays in their app!

The speaker only can say words that you write in a text box it also says the words very fast and it is so hard to understand what is saying the app disconnects from the speaker and takes a minute and a half to say what you wrote it can’t even play music so I think it’s a one star product that doesn’t work WASTE OF MONEY AND A WASTE OF TIME

Some recent update wrecked the reliability. Mostly I see this with the older brass motor operated valve. It’ll say error connecting then work. Some delay has been introduced. Needs a software or firmware fix asap. This all worked fine before.

It makes zero sense how difficult it is to setup your alarms. I have every thing synched. However, to be allowed to press a button and turn off or on alarms based on preference is near impossible to achieve without pure stupidity taking place on the app

This is a good app. Does what its supposed to. 2 improvements needed 1. Able to change from the diff shades of green to better color. E.g. sensors that are loud should have blue or purple speaker icon on them if you mix n march the sensors 2. Able to take pictures for each sensor location or room or area for ease in finding them 3. Never received single text message. App push and email works but if it’s middle of night I need calls if sensor has no speaker 4. Ability to ack alarm and shut it off via the phone

I have several Ring cameras and doorbells and was going to purchase their version of the mailbox sensor since I have the app-however after researching I found the distance was not compatible. I researched YoLink and watched the video and was impressed with the distance and accuracy of the product, so impressed i purchased one for my son as well. Since i have the hub for other devices i felt it was a good purchase.
All was working fine then for no reason the device went offline! We changed the batteries that came with the device, unplugged the hub for 30 seconds and reconnected it. Worked fine then 💨 poof offline again. We even installed another router which sits two inches from the hub by a window which is a straight angle to the mailbox! I am looking for suggestions as to solving this problem

How about arm or disarm? How about on or off? Out of range of hub sensor control is gone between your phone and the sensor running the alarm under your hood 2 feet from your phone and 1 foot from the sensor 1 foot from the alarm on the road so it goes off while driving down the road and there  is no shutting the alarm off from your phone while it’s blaring even when the sensor is on 0 vibration so the separate alarm still goes off being signaled by the sensor 10 feet away from the hub or 10 miles from the hub.

I thought the app was a little confusing but 4;star because the phone support was FANTASTIC! App confusion was just that there is a lot of functionality —that all makes sense after phone support’s walk through with me.  They were patient and helpful kudos to them and the app developers.
