Yonks – Day Counter

I thought I would like this app from the screenshots, but in use it feels and looks like a web app—corners aren’t rounded correctly, scrolling doesn’t rubber-band anywhere, and the various bars and controls and animations don’t match any of the system standard ones. I’m not sure what technology this was built with but I wish it were something that felt more like the rest of the OS.

This app is really good, nice to use and really easy. So i would suggest somethings that would make it even better: •Widget showing one of the countdowns (by choice) •Notifications if you reached a certain time • iCloud sync • and a different app icons to choose from (since this looks a bit girly) • quick view using 3D/Haptic touch 🙏👋

When this app first came out I added a bunch of great dates to track using it. I had to install the app on a new phone and found the app had none of my dates on it. I see you added import and export support but I think iCloud storage for something like this is pretty important.

Nice first start, but who wants to open an app for a counter? Time to develop a widget!

I’ve always wanted one of these, but never found one that was as easy, intuitive, and fun to use as this one. The suggestions are great to get you started and give you ideas for your own. Love it.

Echt so schön und immer wieder nützlich. Manchmal wäre es schön auch am iPad und am m1 Mac die App zu haben, aber sie ist ja doch meist nur einen Griff entfernt.

I really like the design of the app. Unfortunately I miss a German translation. A folder structure would be great for an even better overview.

Sehr schöne App, ich würde mir nur eine deutsche Variante wünschen.
