## Yoolax Home Reviews in United States

### *---- "Absolute garbage, nonfunctional"
I spent 6 hours following their exact instructions - and cannot pair my blinds with this app
-- Potomac154, 2025-12-20

### ***** "Yoolax blinds"
These blinds work great for me. I’m confined to bed so I couldn’t get up and open & close my blinds before but with these motorized blinds, they work excellent!
-- Mr. Boone., 2025-09-20

### ***** "Haven’t had a problem yet"
Works great, had to update once to get left blinds working otherwise no problems.
-- USANaples, 2025-09-07

### *---- "Piece of Junk"
I typically don’t write a review, but couldn’t help on this one. This app is nowhere ready for customer use. The blinds look great and I wish it also worked as seamlessly. I got a matter motor and they recommended me to buy a gateway box. I couldn’t connect the blinds through the gateway. Blinds connected directly with Alexa. Works when it does. However they are frequently disconnected from Alexa. This app is a joke. Barely any features work. If connected through Alexa, blinds can no longer be controlled through the app. When only connected through the app, blinds frequently go offline to the point I cannot control the blinds through app or Alexa. Remote is the only option. Not sure if there is any point having the automation features in this app if any of them barely work. Yoolax- please fix your app. I paid quite a bit to install my entire house with your blinds just to find out I can barely control automatically. The blinds look great though.
-- Need some features, 2025-08-05

### *---- "Failed"
All smart roller blinds stopped working after two years. Yoolax app no longer recognizes them, which means Alexa no longer recognizes them. Appears no interest in further support.
-- SpiderSpider1972, 2025-06-06

### *---- "Zero Scheduling like advertised"
No scheduling still even after firmware update!!!! Going to return
-- Ethanluuu, 2025-03-16

### *---- "WILL NOT CONNECT to app."
This is frustrating. The app will not discover anything of my blinds. Very disappointed.
-- JW52, 2025-03-01

### *---- "Unable to pair"
I just have to use the remote. I’ve tried now for months and months. First time I’ve ever been unsuccessful in pairing a simple Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Follow the instructions to a T and it still doesn’t pair in the app
-- Gregory0215, 2025-02-09

### ****- "Lost Bluetooth pairing with update"
After update, all Bluetooth settings were lost and had to be paired all over again. Kind of a pain but finally got it working.
-- Cubhead1959, 2024-10-21

### *---- "App will not connect"
This experience has been frustrating to say the least. I’ve contacted customer support for help and all I get is a link to a instruction video. My phones Bluetooth never sees the device and app consistently fails to connect.
