Pointless

Can’t even submit a metre reading.

App does not work

Getting error message when opening app, the last time the app was updated says it all really, Come on Yorkshire Water were in the digital age now...

Useless

You are unable to pay your bill via the app because it crashes when you attempt to enter your title. This has been mentioned in previous reviews yet, nothing has been done about it. Just about somes this rotten company up. If I could give the app zero stars I would! 😡

Useless. Unable to pay bill

Need to pay my bill but the app won’t let me choose an option on the required Mr/Mrs field. Keeps crashing the app. Useless.

Not good.

Really can’t do much with this app. It is so behind the times. It doesn't allow you put meter readings in, change direct amounts, view bill easily (can download but cant view with one click). No real point to this app. Looks like a someone designed it at home with real basic App development knowledge. Come on Yorkshire Water, surely you do better than this!

Cannot submit water readings

The function to submit ‘water readings’ does not work.

Nothin works

Wanted an easier way to track all the issues with water supply I keep having but the app can’t even load the page - probably too many things broken for it to load. Deleted the app as like everything Yorkshire water do, it’s a waste of time

Useless

An app that has no function and redirects constantly to website, not worth downloading and doesn’t make life any easier. This is a masterclass in not knowing what an app should do. Well done.
