Such an amazing app

I absolutely love all the classes I’ve taken. There’s no other app that combines strengthening workouts with some yoga and meditation and so much more! I am so excited to learn from all of the teachers on here. The convenience is the best part of all of me. That I can take all these classes whenever I want, however many times I want, all from my living room.

My Om at Home!

The variety of classes, new classes, and the option to attend live classes means I can always take the class my body is in the mood for. A variety of lengths & focus areas is truly fantastic! Would recommend to everyone looking to practice at home or on the go!

Does not work for older computer MAC desktop

great app for phone; however, I like to use my old MAC desktop for classes. I had the previous app (yogiapproved), but it was updated to youaligned. I am unable to install this app on my older desktop. This is unfortunate because the use of an old tv or computer is perfect for exercise options rather than heavy workload. :(

The Yogas are Organic and not modern day mixes which i love.

Whether he went to work on your core, yoga, or to meditate, there are a multitude of options on this app!

Variety

Love that I can find exactly what I need when I want it, I would appreciate older instructors doing more of the classes. Masters are not usually so young.😉
