Unsure if this app is worth it; points were used to redeem vouchers under another email that isn’t mine and despite contacting several times to get it sorted no one responds. Seems like a scam.
No more PayPal transfer
I love using this app but went to go redeem my points and they have taken away the PayPal option.. very disappointed in this! Bring it back.

Don’t bother
Got to 9000 points and now I can’t get into my account. I’ve contacted YouGov several times and they don’t reply. Don’t bother with this rip off.
No response for my request
I just don’t understand how could they just say that they have the right to deactivate my account when I answered the question correctly. Even after submitting the support form, which I am yet to receive a response. I have been answering all the questions in the survey correctly and getting no response is a bad customer experience.
Takes long
I’ve had this app for 6months now and haven’t had a single survey! This isn’t legit
Dodgy
I got one survey in a week and the fact that now that I want to delete my account and data there is no option to delete without typing in my personal home address makes me believe this is a very dodgy ap.
Not working
I try to open the app but it’s says come back later. Been like this for days now.
Having a voice
I really do like this app I have actually seen some of the surveys put on tv and knowing that people are being heard is fantastic The rewards also a a great bonus Thank you to everyone who is setting up the surveys It is greatly appreciated by me Thank you all
