Surveys very conveniently stop just before you might be able to redeem your points. Complete scam.

As soon as you start earning points the systems “forgets” your account and you lose any progress. Avoid wasting your time

Having trouble getting the code sent to my email not sure what’s happening

I don’t get the email with a six digit code so can’t log in.

Unsure if this app is worth it; points were used to redeem vouchers under another email that isn’t mine and despite contacting several times to get it sorted no one responds. Seems like a scam.

I love using this app but went to go redeem my points and they have taken away the PayPal option.. very disappointed in this! Bring it back.

Got to 9000 points and now I can’t get into my account. I’ve contacted YouGov several times and they don’t reply. Don’t bother with this rip off.

I just don’t understand how could they just say that they have the right to deactivate my account when I answered the question correctly. Even after submitting the support form, which I am yet to receive a response. I have been answering all the questions in the survey correctly and getting no response is a bad customer experience.

I’ve had this app for 6months now and haven’t had a single survey! This isn’t legit
