My account had been lock out since 2021 I’d sent email enquiry regarding my account none reply received by them. Dont know how to retrieve my account back. Lol to their support team. Plus their help page doesnt help at all regarding my case.

I almost cash out for the second time but suddenly i cannot sign in, when i try to sign up using the same email i do receive the code but it say there is problem to sign up and when i try to sign i do not receive any code to sign in, i already do it for multiple times
