Unable to redeem my points
Have try many times still the same can’t redeem, very disappointed
Unable to redeem PayPal reward since Nov 2021
Has been getting error message while trying to redeem PayPal reward since Nov 2021 and has raised more than 5 support tickets over the past 12 months. Yet, the issue hasn't been resolved and YouGov support has stopped responding. But, they continue to send me surveys and expect me to do them a free service. What an incompetent and cheapskate company. In today's business environment, there are countless ways to issue payments but YouGov continues to ignore their respondents payment issues.
They removed my account
Thank you for removing my account without any notification and the account has rewards to redeem. Do not download since they are so dishonest. Would rate 0 stars but minimum was 1 star. The apps survey are also not consistent, if you removed my account because I’m considered inactive, then please consider your own inefficiency on the survey release.
Non existence CS
Written a few emails on issues relating to rewards redemption, initially there are some CS response. Unfortunately, the replies does not resolve the issue, after which they went radio silence. Been months since the issue but no response.
Non-Existent Customer Support
I have emailed multiple times via the chat on YouGov as there is always a point redemption error and for many months I still can’t redeem the points. The customer service basically do not exists and nobody is there to help you if you need to change email or issue with redeeming points.

The survey is easy to understand.

Lousy app
Cheat people for survey yet cannot use points to redeem for items. Wrote in over 10 times no reply from customer service big cheater YouGov
