I redeemed my points towards 50$ virtual Visa card, they deducted 5000 point for this. It’s been over 2 weeks now, I never received any virtual card, no one is responding to my emails, the only one time response where they requested the redemption ID which I received by email or message. I have never received any redemption ID by email or message, which I told them. No notification was there whatsoever! Now no one is responding my emails. They didn’t return my points, nor they provided the virtual Visa card.

Hello there after I’ve updated the app there is no more PayPal payments and i live in UAE and PayPal is suitable for me please bring it back again.🥺 Thank you Dana
