Customer service is no existent I’ve emailed them countless times about getting into my account with no response

The surveys work fine, but I almost always have a red notification badge on the app that I can’t figure out how to get rid of which is very annoying.

I completed all these long YouGov surveys only for them to make me wait to get my gift card. I completed the surveys on Tuesday and cashed in my reward, it is Thursday no and still no $15 gift card and no response from their customer support. This app just wants you to complete surveys with no reward.

I first loved the app when it paid an hour after you redeem you gifts but lately for the past 3 months.I had to get in touch with the site and wait for the answer back which would take 2 days for and I received it instantly with an apologize.Now I just redeemed a $25 gift card and I got no response I’m about done with this app it’s on time with the survey but late with the payment.

I’ve got all the way to the enter your email and wait for a code… but the code to confirm your email takes half a day to come or the code you get is invalid. So this is useless. Weeks now and I cannot login to this. YouGov has 2 weeks to reply to this, after that I’m deleting the app entirely and writing a more critical review. DO BETTER.

Until they get this app to work in landscape mode on the iPad, it’s essentially worthless. Even Apple realizes that the default orientation for nearly all uses of the iPad is landscape mode. It’s a pathetic port of iPhone app and forces you to use in portrait mode only.

After the debate between Trump and biden any survey that asks the question are you a democrat or a republican and I reply republican I am instantly disqualified from the survey. They are desperately looking for democrats to say something, ANYTHING positive about biden and his administration.

Apparently there are some really awesome and amazing people who work for YouGov. Without going into details, I can say that I have never been so deeply touched by an app like this before. I highly recommend.

I was overjoyed when I first cashed out $100. Then months later, I made about 50k points and they suddenly deactivated my account with no reason, no notice. They went completely silent when I tried to contact them. Totally SCAM!!!

i do love this app and taking surveys for money (yes it’s real!!) but there are a few things i hate about it. during most “select all that apply” questions, especially on daily questions, you can only select 1 option which defeats the whole purpose of that question. also whenever you’re in the middle of a survey, there’s no way to back out of it and come back later. i can’t tell you how many times i’ve been close to done with a 1000 or 2000 point survey, need to go do something really quick so i hit (what should be) the back arrow, and then the whole survey disappears and i just wasted 15 minutes for no points. a lot of times there’s no way to go back to a particular question either, and then i forget that the back button takes me all the way back and i’ll lose my progress so i hit that and then screw myself over. basically the ui could use some adjusting. otherwise the app is great and i love making easy (albeit slow and time consuming) money!
