Eliminate the attendance bottleneck: no more passing around paper sheets, calling out names, or dealing with proxy attendance. And it's privacy-first — locations are used only to verify a check-in and are never shared, tracked, or stored. TRY THE DEMO INSTANTLY (NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED) Want to see how it works? Download the app and jump right into our Pre-Sign-Up Demo Mode to experience the seamless check-in process firsthand—no account creation needed. HOW IT WORKS Set the Zone: Define a geographical map location or place a small Bluetooth Beacon at your venue. Set the Time: Control exactly when the check-in window opens and closes. The Digital Handshake: Your group opens the app and taps "Check In." YouHere instantly verifies their presence based on their real-time location. BUILT-IN DIAGNOSTICS & PERMISSION HELP Worried about user tech issues? YouHere includes robust, in-app diagnostic tools that automatically test the user's Internet, GPS, and Bluetooth status. If a setting is incorrect, the app provides instant, step-by-step guidance to help them set their permissions correctly—saving you from playing tech support. FEATURES FOR EDUCATORS & MANAGERS Scales Effortlessly: Handles awkward indoor locations, outdoor fields, and groups of all sizes. Unsupervised Auditing: Perfect for tracking clinical hours, independent study, or field trips. Privacy First: Locations are never shared, tracked, or stored — only used to confirm a check-in. Automated Records: Log files are instantly compiled and ready to view online or export to CSV (Excel/Canvas friendly). Eliminate the bottleneck and add accountability to your next gathering. Worst app -- samson stone, 2022-01-31 ### *---- "I would give it 0 if I could" This app is stupid because you can only sign in on one device . What if I don’t have a smartphone? Or what if my phone breaks?? I get a zero for attendance in physics. Also it’s based on location, and sometimes the location services on my phone are inaccurate, so I’m actually in attendance but it counts me as absent. So dumb. Tired of this bull crap -- alsuxbakqgdbdha, 2020-02-26 ### *---- "Use something else" There are better alternatives. Don’t make students download an extra app because you like this one. Try something else that is used by more professors/teachers. -- 13573884725527484, 2020-02-10 ### *---- "I don’t like this app." It just doesn’t have that zing, ya feel? -- Just Stalin, 2020-01-20 ### *---- "not working" terrible. I’ve already connect to useable WiFi, keep telling me no internet. -- PC135282, 2019-11-14 ### ***-- "Big hassle" This could be my students, our network or other factors, but around 10% of my students have trouble using this, leading to much whingeing, making the whole thing not terribly useful. It *is* a good idea, but I suggest you try it out a bit before you pay. The interface on the website could be better as well. I plan to discontinue use in my classes. I’m a professor at a regional university in the US. -- Joseph Rayle, 2019-10-09 ### ***** "Attendance made easy!" Love the app. Pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of location and geo restrictions. Suggestion - For the QR roster (or as added feature): Generate a QR that checks in anyone scanning for projected display in meeting room. That would make it even more awesome. -- (anoni-mouse), 2019-09-10 [View all Youhere.org reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Youhere.org - [Vernier Spectral Analysis](https://apptail.io/app/vernier-spectral-analysis-YZQ/united-states) - [CSUN](https://apptail.io/app/csun-Vwtb/united-states) - [CSULB](https://apptail.io/app/csulb-uQNb/united-states) - [RaiderLink](https://apptail.io/app/raiderlink-lcOb/united-states) - [MyUNI](https://apptail.io/app/myuni-lQEc/united-states) - [VetPrep - NAVLE® Study Program](https://apptail.io/app/vetprep-navle-study-program-jYUc/united-states) - [uSafeUS](https://apptail.io/app/usafeus-YDdf/united-states) - [Pepperdine University](https://apptail.io/app/pepperdine-university-AIon/united-states) - [myRutgers](https://apptail.io/app/myrutgers-PdSn/united-states) - [Cats on Campus](https://apptail.io/app/cats-on-campus-FCuw/united-states) ## Youhere.org Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/united-states) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/united-arab-emirates) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/china) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/united-kingdom) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/ecuador) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/ukraine) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/youhereorg-myrd/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
