This app is the most frustrating app ever. It takes ages to get the rewards loaded. Then when you want to use a rewards it doesn’t generate it. It’s practically useless. Tried it on different phones, same issue. Deleted the app and downloaded it again, no improvements. It’s just so bad that is useless.

Very annoying app. Whenever you try generate a rewards voucher, it responds with “oops, something went wrong, please try again”. Been trying for weeks now, phoned the call centre who said the would raise a ticket, heard nothing back. Tried logging out and in, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. Would be better to not have the rewards function as it’s just misleading advertising.

Overall I’ve been satisfied with my experience with YOUI. However, the app is borderline unusable with constant freezes and crashes.
