I watch my favorite c-drama on Youku app on TV. I usually experience lagging issue, and I even have to lower the video quality to 540p! I’ve checked further, no issue with my Internet. Please fix this Youku!

VIP subscription not working

Hi Team, Please stop directing me to “recover rights” because the instructions there are very unclear, i can’t watch the show i’ve already paid for my VIP monthly subscription for it. Let me know if there’s any other solution available. You have no proper platform for customer service at all. .

Why is there no monthly subscription option on my account?

I want to subscribe it monthly but there is only quarterly and annual subscription option. :/

About the translation.

Hi Youku. Please fix your english translation. The translation is kinda messed up. I don’t quite understand even though it is translated. It is such a waste of money because i subscribe the premium one and the translation is not accurate. Please notice my review. I hope you can do better in the future.

Hope to have 4k resolution soon for the video as the china youku app not only come with 1080p hope to see the change in the near future

Unstable

Very unstable for movie/drama online watching compared to other app such as wetv and iqiyi

Fees deducted twice but inactive VIP access

Unfortunely , i already report this issue to youku feedback . They told me to recovery the access and made me pay again for 3rd times because the app say that i didnt success my previous payment. Omg. I already send them again and again the snapshot of my account history and message said that the youku deduct to my account 2 TIMES. Please check with your head account department before chat to me. Please take serious abt this issues.
