אפליקציה נוראית ולא אמינה. מתנתקת כל הזמן. לא מודיעה כשמתחילה נסיעה, למרות שהאופציה מסומנת. בקיצור, סתם חארטא ורחוקה מלסמוך עליה. גם אף אחד הפניקס לא מתייחס לתלונות על האפליקציה, במקום באמת לשפר אותה. אפס בסולם האמינות

זוועה חייה !!! צריך לאסור אותכם ולזרוק את המפתח לים❗️❗️❗️
שלחתי עכשיו לסוכנות ביטוח שלי: חייב לציין שהאפליקציה של הפניקס פשוט "דפוקה לחלוטין". אני מבזבז אין סוף זמן בלהיכנס ולשחזר סיסמאות. מידי פעם הוא ממשיך לשאול אותי אם קיבלתי את היחידה (אותה יחידה שיש לי כבר שנתיים ❗️❗️❗️❗️). לא מעוניין לחדש אותה. ברגע שתיגמר שנת הביטוח הנוכחית בואי נעבור למשהו שפוי.

אפליקציה גרועה. חבל מאד שלא עושים דבר בכדי לשפר אותה.
עליית דרגות
נוהג כבר 4 שנים עם ציוני בטיחות מעולים. עדיין תקוע על ״שבלול המסלול״ בלי סוף נראה באופק.

חישוב הציונים לא נכון בכלל. ״האצה מהירה״ אחת מורידה את הציון ממאה ל70. האפליקציה לא פועלת כמו שצריך בכלל. לפעמים היא נתקעת והכיסוי מתכבה
