IMA’ features help:
Engage:
- Surveys can be distributed directly in the app to check-in and assess how employees are doing
- Push notification capabilities can be sent in the real-time or scheduled to connect with employees where they most often consumer information: their phones!
- Family members can be invited to the app free of charge and utilize the same features available to employees
- Wellness challenges can be seamlessly run through the app and employees can compete against their colleagues to take the most steps in a day, week, or month.
- Wellness - You can now participate in wellness challenges with your colleagues. We would need access to your steps and distance data from Apple's HealthKit to build a leaderboard with your peers. If you don’t see this option in app please reach out to your HR to get Wellness enabled.

Educate:
- IMA consolidates a company’s different benefits offerings and includes detailed plan information so employees can make informed decisions for themselves and their family.
- 401k/HRIS Integrations allow employees to easily access their accounts for important benefits programs anytime, anywhere.
- Load important employee documentation like benefits guides and employee handbooks to ensure employees have immediate access to critical documentation.

Empower:
- Telemedicine & Rx integrations can be setup to help employees save on healthcare costs
- ID card’s can be saved in the app and shared directly with providers.
- Integrations can be setup to let employees call HR teams, EAP vendors, or other support teams whenever they have a question!
