Your Co-op membership

Stalls at the sign in. I end up having to log in online. And where have you put the virtual card? I think the guys at the local store are fed up with typing the number in. Not user friendly at all

It took me ages to fat this app to start with, I had to apply for a physical card first. Since having it I haven’t managed to get any vouchers. I’ve followed the instructions and they don’t work. All a bit pointless really.

I can access my account via the website. When I use the same email and password in the app, it comes up with an error message to say it doesn’t recognise my login details. Have tried changing my password a couple of times with no luck!

Just tried 5 x to log in. Keeps referring me back to the website!

I live in the southwest of the UK, why does the co-op have so many membership for different regions… ??? I’ve downloaded to memberships, registered.. went to use the app in my local store, to be told it won’t work here as we are southern Co-op.. Ok, so where’s the southern Co-op app to down load through my iPhone …. What a load of Bull

I keep getting an error ever since I joined. “Contacting server”. This is the most useless app I have encountered. As I use my phone for Apple pay I do not carry around plastic cards anymore. Complete waste of time.

This app is truly terrible and discourages me from shopping at the supermarket. I prefer to shop elsewhere now where my loyalty is actually rewarded.

Why do us store members have to take blame for the broken app developed by the stupid developers?
