They don’t stand behind their dangerous product. You have to pay shipping to return. Terrible product and customer service -- DMETSKent, 2025-06-11 ### *---- "Don't open the apps" they need your all device information and they can't do any solution. please Don't use the apps -- Anthony Biber, 2025-02-18 ### *---- "not a review of bbb nor app" new here. many review are fake or not about the app or bbbureau. there is no search function in the app store so writing about any company is futile!!! use the app? well I cannot because the login is wierd and impossible. too bad. no bbb for me then. -- Green engine, 2024-08-02 ### **--- "Titan restoration" Titan has been working on my house since August. It is now late February, and I am nowhere close to being back in my house. I have been lied to repeatedly. The work is shoddy at best, and incomplete. I would not recommend them to anyone. -- bugpuky, 2023-02-25 ### ***** "Great business" Everything was Amazing the food the vibe and let me tell you that Peach cobbler is the bomb! Staff was on point . We will have you cater again. Thank you Emily -- G'mamas, 2022-07-12 ### *---- "Spray foam roof !!" One of the biggest rip offs on the market! Just check any company’s reputation with the BBB that installed it I need not say more!! -- A roofing contractor, 2021-07-19 ### *---- "Power Plus Electric" Needed electrical service for my home. I contacted a service that supposedly used a list of professionals for different services. This company POWER PLUS contacted me. I selected this company which was a nightmare. His work was so shoddy I had to stop him on the second day. Work that should have taken hours. His worker quit on him the first day. His personality was absolutely horrible. The way he spoke to his employee as well as to me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR Anything, IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS RATING I WOULD -- my6gtands, 2021-07-18 ### ***** "Icy hot heating and air conditioning,," Wonderful, professional, skilled Hvac company. From start to finish first Taylor who diagnosed the problem and the specialists like Danny who replaced the entire system. This company runs a tight ship. They give you a short window and they are there when they say they will be. -- xcassiex21, 2021-06-26 ### ***** "Donnie Zimmerman Plumbing" Located in Hinton WV. Very quick service as I had an emergency with equipment in my well house. Mr. Zimmerman came to my house within a couple of hours and gave me a price to fix the problem. Was here the next day to fix problem and clean up old material and equipment left in the well house. He gave me a fair price, fixed the water problem, guaranteed his work and cleaned up the mess in the well house. I definitely give him a 5 star review. -- Lorrie of WV, 2021-03-11 ### ***** "Abril Roofing Company" Last week Abril Roofing Company completed installing a new foam roof on our Eichler home. We had had four estimates and decided on Abril because of the excellent communication with us and the clarity in their contract and procedures. We met with one of the owners, David Kumar, who walked us step-by-step through the process and checked with us several times during the three day procedure. The roofers worked diligently each of the three days, stayed on the schedule that David gave to us and “cleaned up” each day before they left. We would highly recommend Abril Roofing Co. to anyone in need of a new roof. A definite 5 Star!
