Fraud
It’s been more than a year since a vacated the room. They haven’t returned my security money. The worst people I have ever dealt with. The quality of service is zero. This company is bankrupt. Never ever stay in their pg.

Security Refund
Worst experience. Haven’t received my security deposit yet. They are not less than thieves.

Understand they have a 2month time period for refund but it’s been 4.5 months still no response. The room and everything is nice but this behaviour was really disappointing. I shifted from Mumbai to Delhi and I would have stayed at your space again if they paid my money back on time. Your space it’s Your Loss.
Security Deposit Refund
It has been over three months since I vacated my room, yet I still have not received my security deposit refund. Despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no action taken. When payments are due, the hostel is quick to demand full payment upfront, but when it comes to refunds, there is an unacceptable delay. Additionally, when vacating, even a minor delay on our part is met with threats of daily fines of ₹10,000 and the risk of having our belongings thrown out. This double standard is extremely unfair and unprofessional. I request immediate action on this matter.
Security deposit
Literally would irritate you to pay the rent on the 1st day of the month and when your contract ends would not even give you a single day to vacate and would literally throw your stuff out and I vacated in june and it been 3 months and I haven’t received my security deposit yet and even if i call the authorities or customer care firstly they don’t even pick up and even if they do pick up they’ll dodge the question and reply with “we’ll get back to you” or “you’ll get your refund in next 2 months” etc.

One star is also too much for them. The worst company to ever exist. They come like beggars when they want money from us and then evade us the whole time when we ask for our security deposit. THEY ARE #YOUR-SPACE. THEY ONLY THINK FOR THEMSELVES. Yall better give us our security deposit within the next month or WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS!
