Despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no action taken. When payments are due, the hostel is quick to demand full payment upfront, but when it comes to refunds, there is an unacceptable delay. Additionally, when vacating, even a minor delay on our part is met with threats of daily fines of ₹10,000 and the risk of having our belongings thrown out. This double standard is extremely unfair and unprofessional.
