YourCar ist Carsharing wie es heute sein muss: flexibel, schnell und unkompliziert. Einmal anmelden und schon geht’s los. Die neue App bietet dir die Übersicht und Verwaltung deiner aktiven und geplanten Fahrten aller Fahrzeuge. (Die YourCar Web-App funktioniert weiterhin auch bequem vom Computer aus im Browser unter app.yourcar-carsharing.de)
 
FUNKTIONEN
•	Über Karten- oder Listenansicht [FREE]-Autos und [STATION]-Autos finden und reservieren
•	Verlängerung von [STATION]-Buchungen vor Fahrtantritt oder während der Fahrt
•	Stornierung von Fahrten
•	Öffnen des Autos zu Beginn der Fahrt aus der App (ohne Vorhalten der Zugangskarte)
•	Schließen des Autos zum Beenden der Fahrt (ohne Vorhalten der Zugangskarte)
•	Übersicht aktueller und geplanter Fahrten
•	Buchungsangaben zu Fahrzeug, Ort, Zeit
•	Änderung persönlicher Daten

Das ist meine Allererste Rezension jemals im AppStore, das ist unglaublich wie man hier von YourCar abgezogen wird, für die Erstellung!! NUR DIE ERSTELLUNG kostet euch 30€! Dazu kommt noch eine YourCar Karte in Höhe von 9€! Achja, natürlich ist es versteckt und kleingedruckt in den AGBs, also ihr werdet vorher nirgendswo gewarnt.

„Keine versteckten Kosten“ auf der Webseite und dann 30€ Anmeldegebühr ganz am Schluss, nachdem man schon Personalausweis und Führerschein angegeben hat.
Überleben vielleicht mangels Alternativen, aber wenn Miles und Co nach Göttingen kommen wird’s eng werden…

### ***-- "Service is great, app could be improved"
Of particular interest it would be an option to extend the reservation time. Even by paying or some sort of bonus. 

The thing is that people are going to peak a car because they need it. And to get to the car they have to walk, take a bus or whatever. 
Even if Göttingen is a small city, often the expected arrival time is delayed due to traffic or strikes or whatever. 

Just a sort of +15/20 min could be really great if someone is trying to reach the car from far away

### *---- "Vorsicht vor versteckten Kosten!"
Die App ist schrecklich, aber die wahre Frechheit: versteckte Kosten und eine Zirkusperformance um an einen Account zu kommen. Nach dem Eingeben eines Großteils relevanter Daten fällt YourCar tatsächlich mal ein zu erwähnen: Erstellung eines Kontos kostet bereits 30€!!! Und dann kommt da natürlich noch die Freischaltkarte für die Autos dazu. Weitere 9€. Laut AGB ist freischaltung der Autos auch in der mobilen App möglich. Die Möglichkeit, sich diese Karte NICHT dazuliefern zu lassen gibt es natürlich auch nicht. Ich war selten so wütend während ich versucht habe einen Service zu buchen. Verbrecherverein!

Siehe Titel - wollte mehrfach versuchen über die App zu buchen. Funktioniert leider gar nicht, da erst das entsprechende Fenster sich stets von allein schließt und irgendwann gar nicht erst wieder aufgeht. Eine funktionierende App wäre wirklich schön.

Meiner Meinung nach, funktioniert die App überhaupt nicht. Auch kommen ständig Fehlermeldungen. Ebenso kann man keine Schäden am Auto direkt in der App mieten. Fürs Tanken bekommt man keine Zeit gutgeschrieben, wie bei anderen Anbietern. Gute Idee, leider mangelhafte Umsetzung. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Monopolstellung in den meisten Städten.

### *---- "Überarbeitung der App dringend empfohlen!!!"
Normalerweise schreibe ich nie Rezensionen im App-Store. Aber hier muss ich doch mal etwas loswerden. 
YouCar ist eine wunderbare Möglichkeit in Göttingen (und anderen Städten) von A nach B zu kommen. Die freien Parkmöglichkeiten an jeder Ecke sind super, die Fahrzeuge sind gepflegt und der Service ist unter der Woche ist immer wunderbar zu erreichen. 
ABER: wenn man die Fahrzeuge über die App bucht und die Fahrten wieder beenden möchte, kommt es häufig vor, dass dies nicht an der Server weitergeleitet wird. Tja, und dann wird man mit einer Rechnung von über 100€ überrascht, weil man angeblich ein Auto 4 Tage lang gebucht hat. Das kam nun schon MEHRFACH vor. Daher würde ich eine Überarbeitung der App dringend empfehlen!! Man verlässt sich darauf, dass beendete Buchungen auch als solche abgespeichert werden und nicht einfach unbewusst weiterlaufen. Man bekommt noch nicht einmal eine Buchungsbestätigung, eine Information per Email oder Push-Benachrichtigung. Das kennt man von anderen bekannten Car-Sharing-Anbietern so nicht. Bitte liebes YourCar-Team, das Problem muss dringend behoben werden!!

App ist absolut Top und auch sehr intuitiv zu bedienen.
Einfach klasse 👍🏻

Einzige Verbesserung wäre, wenn die App die Anmeldedaten auch speichern könnte. Ansonsten einfach klasse 👍🏻
