## Yourgi Reviews in United States

### **--- "Meh"
I’ve tried to use it with multiple groomers and everyone tells me it’s not always accurate and it’s best to call. It also doesn’t let me select a particular person/see a particular parsons availability, just lets me book with the organization as a whole. That said, it feels pretty useless.
-- TeeK330s, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Frustrating"
My dog daycare uses this app, and I can only even log in about 25% of the time, and it seems completely random if I’ll even be able to get past the initial username screen. After that, its pretty disorganized and hard to use.
-- Dee RPR, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Can’t even log in"
Tried to register, got the codes, entered them, does not work, codes not accepted.
-- maddscot, 2024-07-01

### ***-- "Stopped working"
I am unable to make reservations on the app anymore. Tech is working to fix app but for now I either have to go in or phone.

This is what it says when I try to confirm for both boarding or daycare

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'animals') 500
-- suebeewankenobi, 2024-06-10

### ***-- "Book multiple dogs together"
Would like to be able to book multiple dogs that will stay in one suite together at the same time.
-- hjsjken, 2024-03-15

### ***** "Great staff and facility"
TK9 Staff and Facility is awesome for boarding/ daycare etc. Staff is great and treats our dogs as they would their own!
Thank you , TK9!

### **--- "Missing features"
The app does not allow me to actually change the name of my pet from the neme of “Puppy #1”, this should be a basic function!

Second, it would be great if the app actually keep a journal of all your previous appointments for your pets as well. This seems like something everyone could use.

Overall this a very basic app and could use more development.
-- Doodlin2023, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Awful UX"
Asks for your zip code. On iPhone the keypad blocks the submit button. So you can type your zip code but you can’t press submit. Just awful.
-- yizzung, 2023-12-23

### *---- "Worst App Ever"
Pointless app, nothing works, they keep changing my dog’s information every time I use the app. It changes my dog’s breed and a bunch of info such as their spay and neuter info. I have to update this EVERY time! Ridiculous. The booking never works and disappears constantly. There’s nowhere to see current appointments either. They don’t show up anywhere. They also advertise cameras and kennel cams to watch your dog, BUT THERES NO WHERE TO WATCH IT. Why are you advertising this??? I contacted customer service and they said it’s not available… WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING THIS?? WORST APP EVER
-- RiotNative, 2023-12-15

### *---- "No support for Pocket pets"
I have two hamsters who I may need to board with a pocket pet care company. They say they can do appointments through this app, but when I tried to add a pet, there was no option for anything other than cat or dog. Just really unhelpful and underdeveloped.
