## YourLRPD Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Sfb"
11/18/24 Was in NLR yesterday & now app won’t show anything happening in LR. App Support is marketing info for the app, not a help site for users. How do I get help!?
_________________________
App opens then shuts down - about 5 times.
App support takes me to sales site where “Contact Us” leads to page that says is nonexistent & link broken.
Help?!
-- SFBANAK, 2024-11-19

### **--- "App"
App logged out and stopped working can’t get back in used it for work related issues
-- Mel2024bs, 2024-09-13

### *---- "App Down"
App hasn’t worked in 2 weeks? What gives?
-- Littlerockgal, 2024-03-20

### ****- "Very Useful"
I really like this app! It’s easy to use and has lots of information. Like some others who have posted reviews, the SMS didn’t work for me either. But there is an email option, and it was very fast to send the code, so registering isn’t difficult at all.
-- MrLiquidAffect, 2024-01-03

### **--- "Not real-time reporting"
While this app reports based on user location, there is a significant delay in providing alerts.
-- RB in Arkansas, 2023-02-10

### *---- "Don’t Bother"
The App is just as useless as the LRPD.
-- Anacrusis, 2022-09-23

### ***** "The future is now!"
Was taken back by the the amount and flow of information. Simple instructions extremely user friendly and push notifications about crime and other safety concerns around me. Kudos!
