YourParkingSpace - Parking App

I arrived at Holiday Inn express Bicester and my Number plate (non UK) was not accepted at machine in carpark. I then used QR code and location code on carpark machine and set up App (which did take my non UK car numberplate ) bug for some reason did assigned “my location” to Premier INN (which is about 300m from Holiday iNN . Seems I was charged for both Holiday Inn Express and the Premier Inn (double charged) .. APP did not accurately support my interaction with car park location and charging and seem to get it wrong.. maybe it was an IT blip! . I attempted a chat interaction. With Youcarparking and was forced to interact with a Chat bot which asked all the wrong questions and then I proceeded to submit an email form with my problem and have not received any fees back on what to go to get correct assignment for my parking (and now refund needed as I have had to book for an extra 24 hrs with a charge still sitting in my account in Premier Inn (incorrect car park) and a gap of 2 hrs which should not have existed for my parking at Holiday Inn Express which puts me at risk of fine !! This has been all very frustrating !!

We organised a space in pellow close padstow. Decided not to leave our car as it looked a dodgy area and we were worried about leaving the car overnight,, the space is not on a driveway but in a communal parking area . Would not be using this app again

I have had to input my car details many times as the app looses their details and have had to sign in on line so times I have missed the discount not very good

These criminals are attached to a parking enforcement company called parkmaven (check their addresses). I have used them for many years only to today get a penalty charge from “parkmaven” for a session your parking space knows I paid for. What’s more, you can’t phone them and their appeals form online NEVER WORKS. Clearly a bunch of scammers trying to con people. Park ANYWHERE ELSE other than car parks run by these con artists. Better still, park anywhere you can for free and set fire to your money, that’s much better use than giving these scammers a single penny. Top 1% of worst companies in existence, no question at all. I hope they go out of business. I repeat, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL FROM YOU

Your slogan “no app no cash no worries’. Well, i the scan the QR code and try to pay, once i enter my car number and there is no button to process. Terrible design, i then try to download app, but the network is slow. Terrible design ever!

I can no longer see the bought and paid for bookings in the app, I have to log in on a browser. I have logged out, then logged in again. Deleted the app and downloaded again all to no avail. Will use another provider unless this can be sorted.

Good app and easy to use

I’ve used lots of different parking apps for the various different brands and I found this one by far the hardest to set up and use. The car park was full of cameras and signs saying the cars number plate had already been scanned and there as only a short time to pay. I entered my details multiple times, but the continue button remained greyed out with no explanation as to why and despite the fact that I’d chosen I’ve already parked and the car park being a field that was less than a quarter full it kept flashing up a message saying there were no spaces to book. The worst thing though I found was that there was nowhere in the app until after I’d managed to pay, or on any of the signs in the car park with a phone number to ring for assistance.

I used this app twice to park a car. Both times, the parking owners called me in catastrophe, because the app double booked their spot. Then I realized that I never was reimbursed and that money was being taken from me monthly. Be careful with those apps. I am still waiting
