TECHNIK
YourPods ist Open Source. Keine Werbe-IDs. Keine Analyse-Dienste Dritter. Das Privacy Manifest legt offen, welche Daten erhoben werden – im Tresor-Modus lautet die Antwort: keine. Die vollständige Datenübersicht steht in den Einstellungen.
• Private Feeds: passwortgeschützte Premium-RSS-Feeds (etwa von Patreon) sicher hinzufügen. Sie bleiben samt Zugangsdaten lokal und gehen an keinen Server.
• Sync-Backend: optimiert für die Nextcloud-App gPodder Sync (apps.nextcloud.com/apps/gpoddersync). Andere gPodder-Dienste laufen womöglich auch, sind aber ungetestet.
• Protokoll: implementiert Open Podcast Sync für Abonnements (SubscriptionDelta) und Aktionen (EpisodeAction).
• Architektur: nativ in Swift und SwiftUI geschrieben. Die Wiedergabe läuft über AVQueuePlayer – mit lückenlosem Wechsel zur nächsten Folge und automatischer Wiederherstellung nach Streaming-Fehlern.
• Podcast 2.0: vieles wird schon heute unterstützt, und wir bauen weiter aus.

### ***** "Finally an iOS app with gpodder support!"
I am absolutely thrilled that there is finally a great iOS app that supports gpodder synchronization! I used the app during the TestFlight phase, and initially, the gpodder sync wasn't working for me. However, after I submitted my feedback, the developer reacted incredibly fast and fixed the issue right away. Because of this amazing support and how well the app works now, I happily bought the full version.
There are just two minor things I noticed that could be improved in future updates:
1.	When adding a new podcast, you have to press "Enter" on the keyboard to exit the menu. This feels a bit clunky and could be smoother.
2.	When clicking "download" on an episode, there is no visual indicator or loading circle showing that something is happening. You only realize the episode has been downloaded if you leave the page and open it again.
Overall, a fantastic app that fills a huge gap for cross-platform podcast listeners. Highly recommended!
