My surname fails the authorisation of identity all the time. Surely a myGovID login would be easier

1) “improving” this app 2) making me enter pin, then log in, then click yes...

33 notifications in an hour from the app plus the corresponding email notifications….. seriously this app doesn’t even begin to make an incredibly difficult situation any easier!!!! ….. I just want my life back!! Wish I could could give NEGATIVE 5 STARS but even that is far too high for the stress this app has caused!!!

The app works great but doesn’t get 5 stars as when I log in with my PIN number, the numbers are always visible on the screen and stay that way until I click ‘done’ at the bottom of the screen and it actually logs in. I find this concerning, especially with cyber security being an ever present threat. I looked for somewhere to send private feedback but I was unable to find any.

I have never been able to access Forgot my password and NEVER received email or text to reset. Tried a different email to create new account and still no email for security code DON’T BOTHER SENDING ME TEXT MESSAGES TO USE THIS APP as it’s useless

Not sure what the negative reviews are about, but app works great.

Qld is still behind. This app doesn’t allow for apostrophes in names so of course it’s impossible to complete the identity checks.

Too many steps to constantly enter DOB and verify via email or sms once in the system. I created an account because I got a random text message but the token doesn’t work and has now locked me out. Also would be helpful if the SMS had what patient it was for. I have 2 kids and myself that have specialist appts with my mobile as the contact so I don’t know who the token relates to!

I’m having major trouble security code when me setting up new app as I cannot get the code as I cannot sign in anything when open up new page… pls fix this issue or upgrade situation so people can sign up..
