Shortcut hard to find
I find it hard to find this app on my phone because I want to search for QH. Not yourQH, because when I’m using my phone it’s “my” QH app that I want to access.
Description
yourQH is a specialist outpatient appointment management, referral and correspondence portal for patients, families and carers of Queensland Health Hospital and Health Services. yourQH will benefit current or future patients and families receiving specialist outpatient and/or community health service care within Queensland.
In yourQH, you will be able to view and request changes to your specialist outpatient and community appointments. You will also be able to:
* view referral information;
* view future and past appointments;
* request to reschedule an appointment (and provide most suitable days and times);
* request to cancel an appointment or referral;
* confirm you are able to attend an appointment;
* check in to appointments (when you arrive at the location);
* share your appointment information by inviting other users;
* submit a query to clinic staff about your appointment or referral;
* update personal, contact and financial information;
* provide consent about how the Hospital and Health Service can use your information (such as contact you for research or marketing), and;
* view Hospital and Health Service information such as what to bring to your appointment.
Note: yourQH is not supported on devices that have a tampered Operating System, yourQH will be unable to launch on any devices that have a tampered Operating System to maintain application integrity.

Technical Issues
The app appears to be in constant loop. Technical Problems!!!!!
Broken
Says unexpected server response when I try to verify my ID. Has been ongoing issue for months. Functionally useless as I can't do anything
Pathetic
Like all Qld Government apps this one is also pathetic. You log in using your PIN only to be logged out so you have to log in using your password. Why have a PIN then. Get your act together
Worst app possible.
Tells me to check the app for my appointment. Then constantly tells me there is a server error and cannot show me any of my appointments. It has been this way for months. This is the worst app I’ve ever come across
Townsville hospital
I was just at Townsville university hospital and I am just trying to get a message to all the people in the hospital are fantastic they all have a great way about them from all doctors nurses all staff plus volunteers .. this hospital is the best place to show how good it can be .. thank you all.. graham bourke …08 03 1950 ..
Absolute waste of time
Don’t do it, it’s just a huge waste of time and incredibly not user friendly. I am good with technology and My.Gov linking, but this is beyond painful. Patient linking codes don’t work, all I want to do is manage my children’s appointments yet I can’t link them so this app is useless to me. Fix the bugs QH this app is frustrating and more trouble than it is worth.
Final step fail
Did not receive verification code to link patient. Was able to accept other codes. Verification of identity doesn’t account for maiden name on birth certificate, citing non match of names.
Code doesn’t work , too many digits
Can’t link patient to the app, the patient code received has too many digits.
